Terms of Service

Effective 2026-05-18. By creating an account or playing on Point Zero One, you accept these terms. We've written them in plain English instead of legalese because the people we're trying to serve deserve to understand what they're agreeing to.

1. Who we are

Point Zero One is a competitive financial-roguelike game operated by Density6 LLC. Our mission is to help the poor-and-middle class get rich by playing a game whose math mirrors how real money works. Losing teaches. Winning compounds. The numbers on the screen are not advice and the game is not a financial product.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One real human, one account. Bot accounts are prohibited (Ambient Operators are ours, run by us, and clearly labeled in §8 below).
  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret. We'll never ask for your password and we never look at it.
  • We can suspend or terminate accounts that cheat, abuse other players, attempt to manipulate leaderboards or credentials, or use the platform to commit fraud against others.

3. What we promise

  • We will never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone.
  • We will never use the game to extract loss-aversion money from you. No "pay to save your run." No predatory loops disguised as second chances. If you lose, you lose, and the loss is the lesson.
  • Once-ever credentials stay once-ever. The First Trillionaire is forever. The Sovereign Verified ten commandments are revocable on integrity failure, not on subscription lapse. Tier identity (CIVILIAN → SOVEREIGN → LEGEND → FIRST_TRILLIONAIRE) is permanent.
  • Server-authoritative integrity. Wealth claims, tier ladder, leaderboards, and credentials are all computed and signed server-side. Client-claimed wealth is rejected.

4. What you agree not to do

  • Cheat, exploit, automate, or otherwise tamper with the game state, the engine, or the leaderboards.
  • Impersonate another player, claim a credential you didn't earn, or attempt to forge a proof URL.
  • Harass, threaten, or send slurs to other players or to AI Ambient Operators. We log all interactions; the player-dignity rule applies in both directions.
  • Solicit money, services, or off-platform transactions from other players inside the game.
  • Use Point Zero One to deliver illegal content or facilitate illegal activity.

5. Money, the Free Tier, and paid features

The Free Tier exists to let anyone learn the math without paying for the lesson. Paid features add convenience, cosmetic identity, and capacity — never an unfair advantage on the leaderboards.

When you make a purchase, we use a payment processor (currently Stripe) to handle your card. We do not store your card data. Refunds are handled case-by-case at antonio@antoniotsmithjr.com; we will not auto-deny a legitimate request because it's inconvenient.

6. Content you create

Anything you write in chat, post in proofs, share via the case-file pipeline, or upload to your profile remains yours. By posting it, you grant Density6 LLC a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform and to surface it in proof artifacts (case files, share cards, replays). We do not claim ownership of your runs, your strategies, or your text.

7. Privacy

We collect the minimum data needed to run the game: your email, your handle, your run history, your in-game state, and operational telemetry (logins, errors, anti-cheat signals). We never include personal data in URLs, query strings, or referrer headers. Cookies default to the most privacy-preserving choice on first interaction. We are not in the ad-targeting business and never will be.

8. AI Ambient Operators (the "phantom population" clause)

During the platform's growth phase, Point Zero One includes non-human player personas we call AI Ambient Operators. We're telling you about them in plain language because we built the system on five hard rails and we want you to be able to verify all of them.

  1. Disclosure. Their existence is disclosed here in §8 and again in plain English at /about/ambient. They have fictitious handles, fictitious cities, and never make verifiable real-world claims.
  2. Money Quarantine. AI Ambient Operators cannot purchase any SKU, hold a payment method, receive tips or gifts, or initiate any transaction. This is enforced at the database layer with a trigger that rejects every commerce write keyed to an Ambient Operator account.
  3. Contact Quarantine. AI Ambient Operators cannot send the first message in a DM, cannot @-mention you unsolicited, and cannot send links or files. They can only respond after a real user has spoken to them.
  4. Admin Transparency. Every AI Ambient Operator is flagged in our admin dashboard. Every chat is logged. Kill switches at multiple scopes (chat, runs, all, nuclear) let us pause or terminate the system at any time.
  5. Phase-Out Governor. As the platform's real human population grows, the visible proportion of AI Ambient Operators is automatically reduced on a published schedule. They are scaffolding, not infrastructure, and they are designed to make themselves obsolete.

AI Ambient Operators do not contribute to your wealth, do not compete with you for any once-ever credential (including the First Trillionaire), and cannot affect your account in any direction. If you suspect a specific account is misbehaving, write to us and we will investigate. By using the platform you acknowledge that some of the players you see may be AI-driven personas as described in this clause.

9. Disclaimer

Point Zero One is a game. It is not investment advice, financial advice, or guidance about real-world money. The fact that the game's mechanics mirror real-world financial dynamics is for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about real-world outcomes from playing the game. We are not your financial advisor, your fiduciary, or your broker.

10. Changes

When we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will surface a visible notice inside the app at least seven days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree to a change, you may stop using the platform and delete your account. We never change terms retroactively against individual accounts.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Texas, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a right to a different forum.
